The Be'er Sheva Fringe Theater has been holding an academic course from 2016-2023 in collaboration with Sapir College , from 2019 collaboration with Ben-Gurion University of the Negav and from 2022 in collaboration with Shamoon College of Engineering (SCE)- a theatrical experience.

The course is a general course, which gives students 2 credit points in the degree.

The course includes 6 sessions consisting of a 45-minute lecture by a lecturer from the Fringe Theater in addition to watching the play.

At the end of the course, students are tested on the bibliographic reading obligations of the course and on the plays they have seen.
